As an active short-term rental owner and co-host managing multiple listings, Vince brings hands-on, real-world experience to his clients. He understands what makes a property perform — from location and layout to operating costs and long-term return on investment. At the same time, he is passionate about helping everyday buyers, especially first-time home buyers, understand the process, avoid costly mistakes, and make smart decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Before entering real estate, Vince owned and operated small businesses for most of his adult life. That entrepreneurial background shaped his service-first mindset, strong communication style, and commitment to doing what’s right for his clients. Together with his wife, Timarie, Vince works as a team to provide responsive support from the first conversation to the closing table.
