About Timarie

Hi, I’m Timarie Francis — and have lived in Athens County for the past 20 years and have spent the last 15 years helping this community grow in all kinds of ways. I’ve worked as an afterschool program director, owned and ran a bike shop, and currently serve as the Director of Food Services for Athens City Schools. Now, I’m also putting my energy into real estate — helping people navigate buying and selling homes with honesty, patience, and the occasional joke.

I’ve been a first-time home buyer, tackled fixer-uppers, and dipped into investment properties — so I know how intimidating (and exciting) it can all be. My goal is simple: help you feel heard, supported, and confident as you make some pretty big decisions.

When I’m not working, I’m usually outside — trail running, ultra racing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or spending time with my husband and our two kids. I believe homes should reflect how you live, not just where you live — and I’d love to help you find something that fits your life just right.
